Terms & Conditions

1. Insurance: The motorcycle has mandatory insurance and civil liability insurance in accordance with the terms of the policy. In the event of an accident or damage, the insurer will determine responsibility and coverage according to each
individual case.

2. Use of the vehicle: The client declares that they are of legal age (18 years old or older) and possess a valid driving license. It is prohibited to transfer the vehicle to third parties, to drive without a valid license, or to use it for illegal activities or for work purposes (delivery or others).

3. Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level. Otherwise, an additional charge between 5€ and 10€
will be applied.

4. Fines, damages and liability: The client will be responsible for any damage, fine or sanction during the rental
period. Fines will be checked upon return of the vehicle and, if any exist, will be charged to the client through the
provided card. The client expressly authorizes MOTO RENT TENERIFE WEST COAST to make such charges.

5. Delay in return: Delay in returning the vehicle will result in an additional charge of 10 € per extra hour.

6. Franchise Refund: The franchise amount will be refunded to the customer provided that the vehicle is returned on time, in the same condition as it was delivered, with the same fuel level, and that the customer has fulfilled all of their obligations under the general terms and conditions of the contract.
